The Remote Control course consists of 16-hour classes for instruction and hands-on training.
Remote-controlled equipment allows access to confined spaces and places that are too small or too difficult or dangerous for other machines. This type of control eliminates harmful vibrations and enables the operator to have a perfect view, which makes the worksite safer and the operator more productive.
Equipment covered in this class includes a Brokk for high-performance demolition, spider crane, remote skid steer, and a remote compactor.
The class size is limited to a maximum of 10 students.
