A diesel hammer, air hammer, and vibratory hammer will be used for instruction. “H” pile and sheeting pile will be driven and extracted. There will also be some classroom instruction on terms, theory, and regulations. Due to the inherent dangers of pile driving, those interested will be required to pass a practical pre-test on a lattice boom, friction-type crane.
