The Ohio Operating Engineers Apprenticeship and Training Fund built the Local 18 Apprenticeship APP as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by the Ohio Operating Engineers Apprenticeship and Training Fund at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The Ohio Operating Engineers Apprenticeship and Training Program uses SMS text messaging to communicate directly with apprenticeship applicants, current apprentices, journey-level members, contractors, and training participants regarding program-related information.

SMS messages may include application follow-up, scheduling coordination, training reminders, class updates, support assistance, and responses to inbound inquiries. Messaging is conversational and operational in nature and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for more information.

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained verbally and by providing a telephone number through the “Apply Now” form on our website.
